HALLOWEEN 2012

We made Nixon a paper chain the first of October and every day he was SO excited that it is "almost Halloween!" He would always ask if he could take another chain off so it would be halloween. He was so excited to go trick or treating! The first thing we did was went to the Round Rock Fall Fair with his friend Drake. When we came home we made a craft and then got ready to head to Chipolte for dinner. If you dressed up in a costume then your burrito/salad was only $2. Finally, it was time to go trick or treating. We met up with our friends (the Butler's and the Heaps') He was so cute and ran up to all the houses saying, "trick or treat, smell my feet, give me something to eat!" One of the houses he told the man he didn't want any candy and he just wanted a drink of water. He came back with a bottle of water! haha! He lasted about an hour before he said, "I'm tired, I wanna go home. I wanna go to bed." I was shocked! He sure did go until he literally couldn't go anymore! Addie was a good sport and stayed in her elephant costume all night and was content being pushed around in the stroller. She is such a good baby! Conner was a sumo wrestler and I was a devil. (I fit the part quite well!)

Halloween crafts and activities

I had planned to do a Halloween craft with Nixon each day in October, but I failed :S. Life just is TOO busy sometimes! We tried to do what we could. It was a fun month, but we are still missing the cool fall weather!!
